By completing and submitting the application form you are agreeing to the following.
To attend as many trial and training sessions as possible.
To contribute to the cost of hiring facilities, pitches, referee costs. (usually £5 per session)
To contribute to any other activities when needed, after match parties etc.
Advertise the match in your workplace and to family/friends
That you have honestly declared all clubs you've played for since 2009/2010 season.
If you successfully make the squad you are agreeing to the following.
To be available when possible for training and friendly matches.
To contribute to the costs of training facilities.
To contribute to any cost for pitch and referee hire.
to raise a minimum of £125 in personal sponsorship from friends and family etc.
