By completing and submitting the application form you are agreeing to the following.

To attend as many trial and training sessions as possible.

To contribute to the cost of hiring facilities, pitches, referee costs. (usually £5 per session)

To contribute to any other activities when needed, after match parties etc. ( cost is usually no more than £5 per head)

That you have honestly declared if you have competed at Junior or Senior level within the past two seasons.

If you successfully make the squad you are agreeing to the following.

To be available when possible for training and friendly matches.

To contribute to the costs of training facilities.

To contribute to any cost for pitch and referee hire.

to raise a minimum of £110 in personal sponsorship from friends and family etc.
